Depending on how old the car is I would replace the intake gaskets. I re-used mine after a heads and cam install and i ran into a huge vacuum leak. Seems the old gaskets didn't seal on the new heads as well as i hoped. Replaced them and i was golden.

yea gm designed most of these gasket to be reusable from what ive researched... i had to drop the oil pan to change my timing chain and have had no problems with the oil pan leaking...
i did replace the timing cover gaskets, intake, water pump and valve cover gaskets just because i had them. I wouldnt hesitate to reuse the old ones though as long as they're not too old or look deformed.
always replace head gaskets... if you have the cometic head gaskets ive heard people reusing them without issues but i dont think id chance that one.
