Hello to everone and congratulation for Your web site !!
I have a Wrangler tj and i 'd like to swap to LS engine new. I' d like max 400 HP and 400-450 lbs more or less ( better more torque than 20 HP plus !! ). So what You suggest 5.7 LS1-LS2-LQ-6.0 ? and where company to buy from to make a complete turn key engine supply ?

welcome gm would be a good place to start for looking for turnkey motors. Or you can start buying used and build your own motor

All depends on what you want to do with the jeep, search through the sponsors list and see what they offer.

Ok so the thing is this : i'd like a V8 engine 5.7-60 like LS1 350-400 hp with max 400 lbs. I prefere to buy a new engine stock without upgrading like forged pistons... because i am in Italy and if the engine runs original should be surely better for manteinance. I saw that 5.7 e 6.0 more or less are similar for performance. The engine will put on wrangler tj with 37 bogger tyres an 9" axle front and rear so no problems. Ultimate thing i want to mantein manual transmission so upgrading to NV 4550 ( heavy and big ) or you can suggest something lighter but strong ( now i have NV 3550 ). Budget around 5000 usd. Thanks

Don't really know how your buying is going to be in italy, but the really strong manuals we use here are made by tremic. The ever popular T56 6 speed. extremely strong and not too heavy. You should be fine with the stock bottom end that you suggested as an ls1 or ls2 block.
