I ordered a ss3600 converter last sunday from yank, and i never recieved a confirmation email.. I was wondering if they usually sent out emails confirming thier orders? I just want to make sure that my order has been processed. I have emailed and called yank, but have not been able to get a reply. I really wanna get this thing installed!! haha

I never got an email when I ordered mine, but I think it takes Dave a day or two to make it then it is shipped out.

Also fwiw there is a thread down about 1/2 way that says he was updating the website.

Interesting though, anytime I have ever emailed Dave he has always responded by the end of the day.

from what i have seen it usually takes a few weeks to get your stall from them. i don't think i got a confirmation either but i do not really remember.

ok guys thanks for the info.. i just wanted to make sure they didnt send out confirmation emails.. and i just got a pm from yank, and they said it did go through. I cant wait till it gets here! I have heard so many great things about this company!

I just got mine. It took just less than 2 weeks to get it. There was no conf email but I called Yank and got a tracking number. Good luck.

I just recieved mine as well.
Just wait till it arrives, you put it in the car, and then look in the mirror at the smile on your face after you nail the gas pedal....
