I say port the 90 combo, add an EWP, and mill those heads down to raise the compression. Check out my 402's results with a much smaller set of heads and a much smaller cam. 511 rwhp 500 rwtq. Should make a few more once the stock ls2 tb is taken off and the Rev Xtreme 95mm tb is put on. The intake is an absolute work of art, Ron at Vengeance put a lot of time in doing it for me, and did everything possible. Even the guys at LGM said it was definately PERFECT. Thanks again Ron.

What is the compression of your motor with the 70cc heads ?? My afr 205's were milled to 58cc and comp is 11.4x to 1 and runs perfect on 93 octane.

I'll bet with ewp, porting of the tb/intake, and milling to get compression to 11.4 or so to 1 you'd make around 535 rwhp and around 500 rwtq.

What kind of dyno ?? DJ or Mustang ??

Forgot to mention ud pully :0

Thanks guys, and it was a dyno jet, i don't know what the difference between the two is, but thats what it was. and i wouldn't mind seeing what a 150 shot would feel like, but it pulls like a ****** frieght train now so i am gonna have to come across someone who can whoop my *** with ease before i do that.

Post the graph!

Regardless, porting the intake and getting a 90mm TB should get you there with a retune.

Who spec'd the cam? Seems awfully big compared to many who've gotten comparable power with much smaller cams.

i agree and get a 90mm TB. Get the TFS 235cc heads lightly ported at the critical areas for better velocity and better flow by a profissional porter.

if you can sell the 90mm Fast and get a ported 92mm Fast with 92mm ported NW TB or a similar quality TB you will get more rwhp than the 90mm Fast setup.

Port your intake and TB and enjoy the new power! What kind of TQ did it lay down?

I'd go over everything and see if somethings up. Check for port mismatch, port the intake, 90mm tb, details details. If fully optimized it should put down more power in a vette as they have a much cleaner path for the exhaust. What size is the engine anyway? A ls2 block can't be 4.125" unless it's sleeved.

She is sleeved, but they are not dartons, there were no holes around them. so i have no idea what sleeves they are. but the bore measures 4.125. and a 4 inch stroke, so thats a 427 for sure. i think the compression is whats robbing the most power, but its kinda too late for that. maybe that will make the lifespan of this motor a little longer.

I over looked the bore size. I was thinking it was a 402. That explains the almost 450 ft-lbs of Tq at 3500 RPM.

Are the heads the big or small bore 225's?
