anyone know how to pass emisions in illinois?

They do is an OBDII readiness check. The PCM does a series of checks while its driving to be sure the emissions components are in working order. If those are all complete and check out and you don't have a SES light on you pass. I just did mine recently.. no visual, no questions. I have LT, no cats, Dumped duals, and all the emissions equipment long gone with a tune.. I passed no problem.
