Default Cleaning Sensors

I know you should only use MAF cleaner for MAF sensors, but is regular carb cleaner bad for other sensors? I've always just used MAF cleaner for anything electrical but it's so expensive. I plan on seafoaming the car soon and was wondering what to use for the IAT sensor and the other ones in the TB. thanks.

carb cleaner will work for the iac motor, but i dont know about the IAT. I wouldn't bother cleaning it, because I havn't ever seen one get that dirty.

I use QD Electronic Cleaner in the 11 oz. bottle. It is safe for everything, and not as harsh as brake cleaner is rumored to be. Available at Autozone for about $5.
Never needed to use it on my IAT sensor, but I have used it on my O2 sensor for my LM-1 with satisfactory results.
