Default New GMPP LSX parts

I have noticed that GMPP has started in on it's own line of forged rotating parts. Cranks, Rods, and Pistons have been added to the already available Heads, Intakes, Blocks, etc. Dodes anyone know what kind of power the rods/pistons are designed to handle? What will they cost vs. current aftermarket parts?

A few examples are:

6.125" Forged Rods P/N 19166966

4.065" Forged pistons P/N 19166957

3.622" Forged Crank P/N 19170388

Stroker windage tray P/N 19202613

Check them out in the new GMPP 2009 catalog if you haven't seen them yet. There are quite a few changes and a heavy emphasis on the LS platform this year.

Brian, are you suggesting they may be Wiseco and K1 products?

Thumbs up

Very cool catalog.
I like the LSx 454 crate engine that they are now offering.
Anyone here have any opinions/delaings with this motor? Seems like a nice stout motor. THANKS!!

This engine has not been released at this point. With some of the changes at GM some of these products are pushed back from our intended release dates.

As soon as I have some solid info I will post here.

When searching Google, It looks to have possibly been discontinued.

Pace Performance shows it but no pricing. Maybe call them and they can give you more info since they are a GMPP dealer
