Default i ported my fast 90 2 100mm guys look at the pics

hey guys im porting my fast 90 to 100mm, here are some pics tell me what you think? i have a rev extreme tb

i had 2 epoxy the neck, so i used some stuff called marine-tex. i got it at a place that sells boats, they use it to patch holes, so if it will stop water from coming in, it should stop air, it worked great, it bonded to the intake very good. then to make sure it didnt leak any i used some kitty hair fiberglass and filled in the outside holes around the neck of the intake, then i wiped alittle bondo on it, sanded it and panited it. the inside of the intake has been ported and sanded

looks pretty good

I like them better painted than stock, the color they come in looks unfinished, kinda like a ricer body kit type thing

doing it in semigloss black and paint the raised lettering some other color would be my choice if I ever got one (not likely at the price they charge)

Pretty good bro. Ron at Vengeance was going to do my FAST 92 like yours, and open it up to 100mm's but I was concerned at how little material was left, and the paper gasket thing. So he opened it up to 95mm's and slapped a Rev Xtreme 95mm TB on it. Perfect match.

Please post up as soon as you drive this beast, and let us know how she does. I currently have my FAST 92 (95) on my new 402 (haven't driven it, still at LGM) but have an ls2 stock 90 tb. I want to see what the 95mm tb from REV is going to do. She put down 511/500 to the wheels with the ls2 tb, hoping for a few more with the 95mm tb

Again great job, any pre dyno numbers ? Would love to see some pre/post dyno numbers to illustrate the power differences, how much and where. Great job !!

Greta job, thanks for posting up with pics. What did you use to seal the TB, RTV or a paper gasket? Thanks,

Larry

Not for us ls1, ls2, ls6 guys. Its for the rectangle port heads on the ls3 and ls7 motors. I think I typed that right. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I shaved my lettering and am planning on either flat or semi gloss black. Trying to look as OEM as possible.

Nice job, may have to try this myself.

Cool deal. It's nice to see someone do something like this and show pictures instead of talk about it all the time.

Got'er done Congrats!
