View Full Version : Can anyone blur license plates and faces??

I just made a pretty cool video but I have a few license plates and faces in it that need to be blurred or blacked out. I used Windows Movie Maker to edit the video but it doesnt have an option for blurring specific areas. If someone could please help me that would be awesome.
