Default another TSP231/237 installed

just installed friday night and to say this cam idle is nice is an understatement this cam sounds AWESOME My car had previosly ran a TR224 112 and it sounded real nice but it's not even comparable. I might of lost a tiny bit of power from about 2000-3000 but i think it's more in my head than anything and the cam pulls very nice to 6500 and it is noticable that it revs much faster than before. I'm still running the tune from my tr224 cam and will try to get to Eastside in a couple of weeks to fix the idle hunt i get once in a while and get dyno'ed but other than that it seem's Awesome. Thanks to Jason at TSP for great customer service and helping me out with everything i asked for and getting my cam to me when i needed it and to all that posted encouraging me to get this cam. Texas speed& 231/237= great price, great cam, great customer service I will be going to the track next friday so i will post my new results when i get them

i'll be posting some track times friday night or saturday morning and since the cam swap i will have done no other mods so it should be a good test even without a full tune for this cam

Do you know if NOGO will be around next weekend or the following weekend? This cam sounds like a monster i've got my idle set at 1000-1050 but it sounds like it's about 600 and it's got that old cammed mucsle sound Thanks Shawn

i did not try to lower the idle since i do not have ls1edit but i think even when i get my car tuned the idle will probably be left alone. I'm not sure what some of the other guys with this cam are idling at but i'd be curious to find out. As far as posting so vid's i have to get my camera back then i'll try posting something. Lastly my race night on friday got rained out so i'll try again this friday

My friend's '02 WS6 has a h/c with almost identical intake and exhaust durations and a higher lift than the TSP. I got his to idle at stock with no issues.

I'm sure this car can idle at 900 with no problem after some Edit tuning.
My car idled like a$$ (some people love lots of lope and raw fuel)after installing my 236 Cam,even at 1000rpm.After doing some Edit it idles very close to stock at 900.Barely any lope.
