Default Weather Stripping Leaking

Alright guys i just got back from a trip and my weather stripping is leaking a bit ive noticed over the life of the car its gotten a little worse this i discovered because i only come home ever 6 months (im in the army and im usually deployed) and the entire time im gone the windows are up here in the dessert heat so when i got back i roled the windows down and i could definatly tell that where the window seats against the T top rubber its pushed it up and pretty much formed it in the up position i figured while im at it i might as well do all the weather stripping so anyone know where to get T top rubbers and how to replace them? and where to get all the other weather strippng?

try putting some vaseline on it and let the strips absorb it, they should liven up a bit
