Hello I was wondering besides the computer and all the wiring that will go into this swap which it all belongs to the 2007 motor is there anything i have to change on the 4l60e transmission i have in my 2000 chevy truck? Everything is going to be a complete switch over engine, wiring harness, computer and all acc. but I dont know if i need to change anything for the transmission harness? any input will help greatly. Thanks. Oh the transmission is the orginal 2000 4l60e not the 2007. I had a 5.3 and getting a 2007 5.3 just adding more info on this swap. Thanks again for any input

It should just swap right over.
Only issue is going to be if the 2007 engine is early or late '07. early will just swap right in with no problem, later year (58x) is going to be a bit more involved, but the transmission should still bolt right up and work.

You'll need the DBW throttle pedal from your 07. Not sure how that will impact the 00 Trans - John @ Speartech will know.
