I want to paint my FAST 92 but want to keep the texture that it has. I see everyone sanding it wil 100, 200, 400, then 1000 grit sand paper and then the top of the shell is smooth, i dont want that ..

So is it possible to clean the shell and just spray adhesion promotor then primer, paint, and then clear it??

yeah you can do that, but I would at least scuff it up with some scotch brite. That will help the paint to stick to it.
