Default I need somebody to look at my Data Log. Problems with new trans and new stall.

Sorry to cross post this but I'm in a bit of a pinch.

I've emailed this to my tuner and am about to talk to Frank but I want some other opinions as well. Here are my concerns.

I did a data log of some average and moderately spirited city driving. My concerns are as follows.

WOT scares me. I’m bouncing off the rev limiter from 2nd to 3rd (wot at about 40 always bounces) and perhaps from 1st to 2nd gear.
The car runs at a considerably higher RPM than previously with a 2000 rpm stall. 50mph can be at high rpms.
1st to 2nd shift at 3-4k under light to moderate pedal pressure.
On the highway, the converter does not seem to lock up. Vibrations and over 3000-3500 rpms at about 80mph.
2nd gear seems entirely too long. I’m in second gear all the time.
Should the converter not lock at about 50mph or so?
Gas mileage has plummeted from 14-17 city to about 9-10 on a good day.
The car is now slower than it was. This stall is only 800 rpms higher.
Fourth gear seems so high that I’ve only been in 4th a few times.

Rear end gearing hasn’t changed, it’s still a 2.73 car. I knew to expect a change with a higher stall but it seems like I've sacrificed all driveability and gotten NOTHING in return.

Datalog can be found here.

Please let me know.

if somebody can pinpoint what's going on and get my car running properly I will do you a nice watercolor of your car or some car picture. Also let me state that it took me six months (read: laid off) to get the car running again and now that it is, I've not only got to transition back from a 96 neon to a z28 but also am being overly paranoid. So there's a good chance at least some of this is in my head.

Vibrations can make for false misfire detects and
inhibit lockup. Look at "TCC Mode" or whatever
Datamaster call it, and see what it reports. On my
scan tool I see "Unlocked", "Locked" normally but
a misfire will give "--3--" instead.

If you have a new, noticeable vibration after a
converter swap, it may be misbalanced or mis-
aligned on the flexplate (presuming the 'plate is
sound). You may want to try unbolting the
converter bolts and try the other two orientations
to see if vibe can be minimized. Works for some.
I picked up a low level vibration going from the
TCI (factory spin balanced) to the Fuddle (static
hand-job balance) that didn't get any better at
four or 8 o'clock. But try anyway.

Your shift MPH values have to move down to
accommodate the "RPM stretch" of a higher
stall speed converter. How much, is kind of a
guess to begin with; each TC model and motor
combo is somewhat unique. I add one MPH per
rev-limiter "bump" (bump-bump-bump) on the
1-2, two per on the 2-3 and I don't have a
road where I can try out the WOT 3-4. Might
count them and tell the tuner.
