Cool LS2 350z project begins...

The car is a Silver 2004 Nissan 350z that I bought in June and originally turbo'd and got bored with it within a few months which is why im doing the car now. I recently purchased an 05 LS2/t56 drop out with low miles. My original plans were to drop in a PTE 78 and do a custom front mount turbo system but after taking a **** load of measurements theres simply just not enough room and I refuse to do a rear mount...so gonna stick with the old nitrous setup this year Next year after the car has been running for a while, ill most likely cut up the front end and turbo it. I dont have alot of pictures yet(there really isnt anything to take pics of yet)..but as everything starts coming along I will add pictures.

Im using the Hinson supercars swap kit along with his 1.875" long tubes into a custom exhaust ill be making. My plans for right now are just a decent size cam (238/240) a 150 shot and all supporting mods. My cars curb weight is 3188 and ill be removing a few lbs trying to get the car down to 3100 with the LS2 in(no a/c). Heres a few pic of the previous set up..and some of the new.

PLEASE DO NOT POST IN MY THREAD IF YOUR ONLY INTENTION IS STARTING A FIGHT. THATS WHY THE LAST THREAD WAS DELETED.

Heres a few more.. The oil pan will be shipped this friday and most of the swap parts should be on their way shortly.

Im using arp head studs, and arp 2000 rod bolts just for some extra safety

What are some of the other drivetrain mods?

I'm curious if the rear is fine with that power, or if it's like the e36's where you gotta upgrade.

I made 387whp on 4psi with an open cutout with a bone stock engine. I liked the turbo setup alot..but not the drivetrain. I am going either procharge or PTE78 single next year.

I think they're Billet Specialties. Sweet.

Hey Man, sorry about your last thread. Some people can be such dicks. I hope you reported it to a Moderator. I'd be pissed if I was trying to document a cool build like this and someone kept mucking it up.

Keep the pictures coming.

Yeah those are the wheels. Yeah I don't know what the deal was but I let it go and just started over. I didn't report anyone. If it happens again I would.
