Default New Wiring Harness

This was the best spot for this so it's going here.

I want to know if it's possible to replace just the interior harness on a 95 3.8 Camaro.

Thanks guys.

My car doesn't have a "chip" in the key either....is there a way I could get a new chip for it and reprogram it?????

Are you talking the BCM harness?

And for the key are you talking about VATS?

Actually i'm just going to do the entire harness on the car cuz a lot of the wires are really dirty and are going to start cracking...some already have.

Yep sure was talkin about the VATS.

a Painless harness maybe? that would definitely take care of your wire "cracking" issue. If the key doesn't have the VATS chip, than someone must've bypassed it somewhere along the road.

I was thinking a painless but they said they were like 700 bucks when I called advanced auto. That was for an LT-1 car and I don't know if they even make em for a 3.8 Camaro.

aside from them, I'd think the only other places to try would be a salvage yard. I know of one in Oklahoma City that deals specifically with our 4th gen cars, v6 and v8 alike. pm me and I'll get you their contact info if you'd like.
