International Members - Finish Line Performance is raffling off a '71 Chevelle SS 540/T56!!!

At Finish Line Performance's 2009 open house, May 30th 2009 from 12 pm to 6 pm, we will be raffling off our 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle SS with a 540 cubic inch big block Chevy (built by Midwest Engine Tech), T-56 conversion with Centerforce dual friction clutch, BeCool radiator, Baer disc brake conversion, Torque Trust rims, etc.

Winner need not be present.

Proceeds will be going to The National Kidney Foundation, Junior Diabetes, The H-foundation, and The Heart Foundation. :fluffy:

One of the charities that we will be donating to is the National Kidney Foundation which has a special meaning to me. My mom had a kidney transplant 19 years ago (on March 10th) and I donated a kidney to my oldest brother 7 years ago (on March 20th). So they have been helpful to my family and now it is a chance to give back.

The winner of the Chevelle being announced at 6 pm.

Thanks to everyone that came out. It was truly a great event. I could not believe how many people attended. There was actually a line to get in. Thanks to Tim for bringing the 2010 Camaro.

The winning ticket for the Chevelle raffle was #620. The lucky ticket holder was John Scipione of Lisle, Illinois. John was not able to attend, but I called him and he was truly shocked when I gave him the news. He seemed concerned about the open house and asked me how the food was and what the turnout was like. He received a big laugh from the people in attendance as he was on speaker phone. :lol:
