Default Sae vs std

Went to dyno the yesterday and 344RWHP/356RWT SAE. 352RWHP/365RWT STD. The dyno guy said that was not bad for a bolt on car (02, M6). What is the diff between SAE and STD? This was a Dyno Jet. I have Dynoed as high as 362RWHP/370RWT at another Dyno a few years ago, dont know if its was SAE or STD (lost the sheet).

I think it is something like uncorrected too. SAE Factors in weather temp out side, where STD just gives a solid number. They are both real numbers I use STD on my numbers.

STD and SAE are both SAE corrections but are corrected to different standards.

STD (or SAE J607) is corrected to a 60°F day with 0% humidity and a barometric pressure of 29.92 in-Hg. SAE (SAE J1349) is corrected to a 77°F day with 0% humidity and a barometric pressure of 29.234 in-Hg.

Most people use SAE. That'd be the way to go.
