Hopefully someone knows this so I can find out before pulling mine, but can you remove the baffles in the LS6 valley cover? What is in there? Mine worked well when I first got it, but now I am sucking up more oil through there. I was wondering if I could take it apart and possibly clean some sort of media (if there was something).

Any help/pics would help so I don't have to pull this thing out for nothing

edit: found some pics, not sure if it is anything that unbolts or not though.
