My friend has the summit ones in his mustang. They're OK, but quality leaves much to be desired.

But they're not too bad.

they are jegs high backs. no covers or anything.

havent been in the seat for more than 20min or so at a time, but so far i like them alot. Very comfortable.

How much do those sport seats weigh? I know they are lighter then the electric factory seat, but how do they compare to a manual passenger seat?

Trying to calculate the total weight saving, if any, on those sport seats compared to "real"(real uncomfortable...) race seats.

I've heard they're heavy, and won't really offer any weight savings over a stock seat, but I can't verify that. Maybe call Summit and ask how much they weigh.

Im going to assume just by pictures that the sport seats are heavier. Id say they are probably damn close to the same wieght as a stock seat.
