Default boost reference regulator

I have a 97 z with a pro charger, only 5-6 lbs . At right at 5000 rpm and up it cuts out, i can see my fuel pressure drop some, idk whether this is the problem for sure or not. I unhooked the vacuum connection on the regulator thats on the back of the intake, this made my pressure go from like 41- to 49-50 i drove it again and this didn't fix it. So if i need to install a boost reference regulator, what kind do most people run>? and whats the procedure to installing. thanks

Sounds like you are running out of fuel pump. Bigger pump and better regulator could provide good fuel for your boost. Give me a call with some more info on your setup and I can help you get what you need.
