Not much if any more than an off the shelf one.
Bigger influence on cost would be cast or billet core.
With a 250 shot you are teetering on the edge of whether a "nitrous" grind is worthwhile.
Hope you plan on using a quality head, the ones you have do not fit that description.

hate to hijack here but ive got a question.
How can you tell if you have a small circle base cam or not? I have a 383 with stock rods (eagle 383 kit). And i am wondering if the current cam i have in there is a small circle base or not. I will be swapping cams in spring, and i need to know.
Also, a small circle base cam is so that the cam clears the rods in stroker applications correct?

i run a .588 lift cam and 260 dur at .050 before. it hit. so i ground the rods. never had a problem. so i would say if you stayed under .560 lift and 240 duration you might not have a problem. they recommend .050 clearance between the cam and rods. you need to be sure you have that.
and a small base cam is clearly seen to the naked eye.
