who runs the G6X3 in their LS3/L92 I'm doing an L92 swap into a 98 T/A and I am looking into this cam, looks pretty impressive. I know the specs are not releaseed and I am not looking for the specs. I'm looking for those who have run this cam in a 6.2 and how it drives esp. with a 6 speed. I know LG has done a lot of research on these heads and there results are proof of that. I also know the quality of the tune is important with any cam swap. Thanks

I have this cam with the l92's. I had a custom 248/254 cam(way bigger then LG's) and I made in the 520hp range on the dyno. I have a bud with a built ss camaro and from a roll(60 to 120mph) I could only put 1/2 car on him. I switched to the g6x3 cam,did not re-tune(ran great)raced him again and pulled close to 1.5 cars on him with only the cam change. we both have 6 speeds and the same 4.11 gear.The cam sounds tough with the cutout open,drives great around town(no bucking for me) The idle is nice at 900rpm's. I could daily drive this easy. all this is with no re-tune yet.You will not be sorry if you add this cam to your motor. goodluck to ya.
