Default Wheel studs??

I'm running a moser 9", i had the axles come with the stock style studs (12mm), i'm now wanting to up-grade to a better stud (1/2"), so what is out there for a good deal, should i stay away from the O'Reilly/AZ Dormann studs?

I don't mind going to a 3" long stud if i have to, but if i can get a 1/2" x 1.50 or stock length that will match these moser axles.

1/2 inch studs are available in various lengths. ARP is a reputable manufacturer. Check Summit racing and type in what you’re looking for. If you are looking to upgrade studs then I would go with a reputable source. Personally I like to put good parts on the first time and not worry.

You did not mention why you want to upgrade studs.

The 3" studs normally referred to are in 12mm X 1.50 RH and that’s because ARP only makes them in 2.5 and 3.25. Due to NHRA regulations for studs, the 2.5 don't work with a spacer. That is why you here the 3" thrown around quite often.

Not sure if that’s what you are looking for but I hope it helps.
