C6 Rims with sportlines?

Im thinking about getting a set of C6 Rims of my friend they are 18" and 19" I know I have to get wheel spacers but will they fit with my sportlines or will I have to put the stock springs back in?

It may be possible with some BFH and maybe rolling the fenders try it if you can get them cheap if not I wouldnt risk it. Or get the fronts and buy 18"s for the back. If you put the stock springs back on it will sit goofy high with c6 wheels.
