Hmm, i think they might look better the way they were. Those snowflake wheels aren't in my likeable list either, so mabye thats the reason. What did ya paint the with?

I don't like snowflakes at all, but i think they look much better black for sure.

agreed, i have a backup set of snow flakes and they will be painted black before they ever go on my car, no matter how bad i need them at the time.

Sanded them down

2 coats of primer

3 Coats os Dupli-Color High Heat Flat Black

hmmm.....I don't know if it really did much to improve looks, maybe look at painting just the spokes or just the lip.

Yea not a fan of those wheels at all...imo black doesnt even help there cause.

i just painted some snowflakes this weekend as well, they arent a good looking wheel but i just got mine for free and drag radials are going on mine so they will only see light when the car is at the track.

You need to spray some clear enamel or lacquer (depending on what paint you used) on the rims, to seal them.

clear them and wax will brighten them up but not too much looks better.
