Default Hanging idle ? any cure for it?

Whenever i am coming to a stop and put the clutch in, the revs shoot up to about 1500-2000 and hang there for a few secs then finally will drop back down to normal idle. anybody have any suggestions on how to cure this??

I thought it is suppose to do that so you have good vaccum for the brake booster when comming to a stop. I know if mine didnt do it I would have barely any brakes.

the idle air control is acting up. check the IAC needle (sensor) or more easily your hole might ahve been drilled out too much in the TB.
