Summit Racing has lowering spring kit's for $125.95 and they set the car just right and ride great.

Remember the lowering springs themselves are only half the job.

The other half is correcting the front camber, differential pinion angle, and panhard rod adjustment (in which case you need an aftermarket adjustable one).

All those things need to be corrected after you lower the car.

They are rebranded Eiebachs. You REALLY need to do shocks at the SAME time. The factory DeCrappys can't even damp stock springs much less ones with less travel:nod:

Eibach msakes some OK stuff for some cars but NOT f-bods.. Their rates are WAY to soft in back and they have sagging issues. Less travel + low rates = lots of time on the bumpstops....

The drop looks good but ride SUCKS... There are springs out there there that look good AND ride pretty well too:D

Just research well before you buy.......:chug:

strano springs coupled with koni shocks and an adjustable panhard bar. and if you cant afford konis, bilsteins would be the next best thing, although not designed for lowering springs, they are 100x better than the deshitstains.

Actually....the LT1 prokit does not have these issues. But the LS1 kit does as well as any of the sportlines.

also look into the heater hose mod. koni shocks also have a lower perch which brings the front down

I will respectfully disagree with you.....Yes the LT1's run a little more rate probably because they were designed with the heavier LT block in mind they are still not ideal rates IMO. Better than the LS kits yes but still could be improved upon.......

I dont mind the prolines at all. I have competition engineering 3 way adj. rear shocks and tokico's up front. I also have adj panhard bar, LCA relocation brackets and adj. LCA's.

Just having the spring/shock combo I have now wasn't bad at ALL by itself. I have lowered almost every vehicle I have ever owned
