My Z28 has a TR220 - 114 and it has great street manners, you can daily drive it anytime, anywhere. It idles very nice, but I can't say stock. It's not lopey but you can tell it's cammed especially if its idling next to a stock cammed LS1. I had a stock 04 GTO a few years ago, and if both cars were running next to each other, you knew the Z28 was cammed.
You might also look at Thunder Racing's CheaTR cam or OMC grinds for stock-ish idle.
Good luck.

I've done sleeper packages in many cars i've owned if u have the stock manifolds the cheatr cam is the best cam for you if you have long tubes the old MTI stealth cams are great. Shawn at RaginRacin.com has plenty experience with cars that have plenty of power and drive and sound like stock

im running a tr220 114lsa with livernois ported ls6 heads and ls6 intake. through an a4 i put down 350 hp to the wheels with stock manifolds and a 80 series flowmaster muffler. The exhaust is choking the engine bad lol... we all know the 80 series dont flow for **** and stock manifolds are no good for a cam and ported heads... this was a mustang dyno. For reference a stock 02 z06 put down 335 rwhp on this dyno which we all know those put down 350+ to the rears.
this year i got lpp stainless headers and a magnaflow on the way. hoping to pick up atleast 30 hp which i think is pretty reasonable considering the exhaust thats on there now lol...
let me say this setup is as streetable as stock and idles almost like stock. I idle at 650rpm's in gear with a stock stall a4. Your not going to be killing valve spring and your going to have a motor thats making 460-480 hp at the crank. Also IF you cant get it tuned right away it will run ok with the stock tune. that aint bad in my book. Sure you can go to a huge cam and get A LOT more power, but you will lose the streetability...
assuming i can get 380-390 rwhp out of this that makes about 470 at the crank on a motor that runs like stock. It would be easy to make people think you just had bolt ons. It is a sleeper for sure..
The 220 runs so smooth dont be afraid to step up to the 224. I kinda wish i had but im still happy with the 220...
