Default Building anothe engine what should I do

Ok so I currently have a forged 347. Stock crank, Callies rods and Diamond pistons. I have a set of stock heads on it and a healthy cam.

So I picked up a forged 370 short block that was assembled inproperly and folded a piston ring from a friend that purchaced the motor and then the seller disappeared. My friend then abandoned his build and car. So I got the motor for next to nothing. I have already sold the pistons since the block needs to be bored over so clean up the scratch in the cylinder walls.

The block will need to be 4.40 bore which is no big deal. But I am trying to deside do I sell the Eagle Rods that are in this short block and take the Callies out of my current motor or do I just buy pistons and put this motor together. And then next year sell my 347 complete and install the new one.

I also have a set of 317 heads that I am going to send out and get ported that would go nice on this motor.
