Default camaro help

I just bought a 99 camaro with a 3.8. It has a few holes in the block. The reason i bought this car is because I have a 6.0 out of a 01 2500 pick up. Does anyone here know what will have to be changed to run this engine? I have computer and harness for the 6.0. i don't know about the pulleys and if the trans and rear end will hold up. Any help would be great. Thanks

gen 3 motors are all pretty much the same as far as trans bell housing mounting bolts, heads intakes. if you have the whole LQ9 motor you will most likely need the ls1/ls6 intake because of hood clearance. possibly the fuel rail also. as far as wiring harness i believe everything is located in about the same places as an ls1 model. i think it will bolt right in.

I think your computer will end up in a different place, no problems though as far as i know. I am pretty sure the bell housing is different (If auto).
