Should i have advanced / retarded my cam?? i have a few questions
i put a comp cam in my m6 ls1
.558 .566 214 222 115 lsa and OEM upgraded valve springs titanium retainers and keepers
i put the engine at TDC (lined the dots up on the timing chain) and pulled stocker and put new one in
i have had it in a few months and runs beastly just wonderin if advancin/retardin it would have given me more power
i know that valvetrain noise is normal with a big cam but should i go back in and check the torque on the roller rockers?
when you tune the base on the maft and richen it at base does this pull timing cuz i have heard it does?
i missed a shift but not bad but i have chrome moly hardened one piece pushrods should i check the straightness or should they be fine?
and my valve cover is leaking just a little oil?
what could this be?
