upgrading my rocker arm studs to ARPs and had a question

just wondering the torque specs on those are

Use loctite 50-55 ft/lb. They will come loose without loctite.

X2 on the Loctite. Preferrably red.

Ive never used loctite and mine have been raped on for over a year with no problems lol

but for safety, id recommendd it
