Default CME just got out of powercoating! PICS

This is what $43 gets you. They are chrome silver powercoated with a shot of clearcoat to make them bling. They will continue to look this way and never need polishing. A local guy did it for me. I first had them locally sandblasted for $30 which cleaned all the black stuff off and then coated them. Came out really nice. So for $73 you can't go wrong. They are being using as faux exhaust so they never get dirty.

Those look great man. What kind of condition were yours in before? When I got mine they were all kind of buildup that I couldn't get off even after spending hours on them with polish, tore up a mothers powerball, and a sanding block so I did the same thing as you.

Here is what $20 got me:

I had them done if stardust silver with a clear powdercoat over them and then a friend of a friend welded that back piece on for a little extra support. Also, the lip is polished now too, looks pretty good in person, can't wait to put them back on the car when I put my headers on in a couple weeks.

Its nice, idk if I could have a LS1 SS without it now, it looks soooo good. Good thing I won't be getting another one, either my car or a 5th gen in a few years is what I'll be rockin.

Looks great. Personally, I would paint the insides black, but that is just me. Other than that, very nice.

I like the silver throughout. it gives it a chrome like look and not dirty look inside the pipe. The best part is I can just wipe them off and they are clean.
