I know the 2000+ rear V6 springs has the same spring rates at the V8 springs. Most go with the 93-97 years. You might wanna check out camarov6.com for more info.

It's not gonna really help, you don't want the car squatting, you want it planting the rear and lifting the nose, not compressing the back of the car.

Here is a photo of my car with stock Formula springs with the rubber top removed and heater hose added and stock shocks!

I think it is more impoartant to have the car tied together and a good rear drag bar installed to plant the tires hard and transfer the weight!

Just read alot of post and was going to try it with my stock v8 vs the v6 at the track and just see if it helps. When the track opens Im looking at 5 inches of snow now. I hate the midwest.

It's funny how we forget this stuff, but I'd go pre 1996 for the V6 springs.

I ran a set a long time ago in my Formula before we all started running drag shocks and the car squatted like crazy.

I'd only run the V6 rear springs if you never plan to do drag shocks.

I have gone 1.23 60 foots with the stock 98 T/A springs that came on the car originally - dont waste your time looking for V6 springs.

Agreed, and GM often changes part numbers, so unless you get them rated, you dont know.
