Default How much did you gain from Dyno Tune?

I just got my cam installed and my car needs to be tuned.... I was curious to see what kind of gains some of you seen from a tune after your cam install....

to be honest i dont feel much difference in the car after the cam install untuned and am hoping after my tune it really wakes the car up. I felt more of a gain from my exhaust, intake, and stall...

with mods in sig think i can make 400hp?

With most bolt-ons I went from 336/349 to 354/373. With heads/cam I went from 430/401 to 446/411.

You won't see 400rw with a mild cam only setup in an auto. If you did it would be extremely rare.

With that size cam, I'm surprised it's running on the stock tune. I made 390rwhp with the cam in my sig. I had a yank ss4000.

I think everyone wants to make 400rwhp with a cam-only car. It's tough thru an auto with a stall! I made 39x with ALL of the bolt-ons. But it also ran 12.1s that way when it ran 13.5 completely stock. But you do NEED a tune to get the power from a cam - timing, fuel, shift points, etc. I would guess 3-5 tenths improvement after the tune....
