Default oil pressure is pegged

Oil pressure is pegged out. Seen a thread in which someone said they had to restrict there oil feed line to get the pressure down, but he didn't go into detail. What is the most likily problem and how do I need to fix it?

I'd say its a broken oil pressure sending unit. Have you been back there lately?

I just change mine for the third time I will never buy another one from vatozone, orileys seem a bit more beefy and built better.
