What tire pressure for front runners or skinnies?

Default What tire pressure for front runners or skinnies?

I just picked up my set of Greg Weld front runners and a set of moroso ds-2 tires and i have searched here and looked at the instruction manual my tires cam with (J/K) and can't seem to find what a proper tire pressure is for these guys.

I would assume around 35psi. Might be able to run 38 or so but might wear the tire a little uneven. S

Street: 32-36psi
Strip: 35-max tire pressure rating. "less rolling resistance"

really? I figured it would be less because it is not a radial.

I run around 35 or a little more in my Sportsmans

I've always gone 2-3psi less than max pressure for the track (they'll pop up a couple lbs when warmed up). More air = less rolling resistance.

I run around 45lbs in mine. Anything less and the weight of the car makes them look like they are going flat.

I agree! I had 35lbs on mine. for some reason It didn't look right....not only that I was tired of scraping the plastic underneath when you catch any kind of speed bump or small dips. So I put it up to 40lbs
