Default That Can't be Right!

removing damper bolt and installing procharger add on. If re using damper bolt torque to 250 ft pounds? That can't be right? I have never torqued anything that tight. I would need to hire Lurch and have him torque it. And I thought torquing big block ford head bolts was a gut buster

The bolt is a one time use only. If you try to reuse it it will loosen on its own. Found that out on my buddies car when we did not have a choice but to reuse it.

I have an arp bot that is reusable, I'm pretty sure that the torque spec for that was lower. I remember using a breaker bar on the torque wrench though
