Are you spinning alot? Are you getting enough heat in the tires? and what psi are you running?

I'd bring up the psi to about 18, and try flashing the convertor instead of 3000 rpm. I couldn't leave at 3k without burning the tires off.

Default Better 60' times

Your lowering springs aren't doing you any favors. The lower control arms need some angle to do their job and lowering springs reduce that angle. Try some weld on or bold on lower control arm relocation brackets. You'll get the angle back on the LCA's and improve traction. Could also unhook the front sway bar or remove it and use something like the HAL QA1 "R" series front shocks to help you with some weight transfer.

I've got an 02 Heads/Cam very similar to your setup cutting 1.59 sixty foots.

i would go with the relocation brackets. Spohn used to make the best for the money. also check the position of the tires before you put the brackets on . Some people i have read said there tires where not centered after the brackets i have put many sets on and have never seen it . I would pull a tape on it before just to see.

how are you doing your burnouts? what front tires are you running? are you driving straight through the water box getting your front tires wet? what is your et/mph?
