Well, im running an external Bosch pump on my Z06 and its on the whole time, since I ran into a few issues with the stock system, After taking the car for a drive, I could feel that the fuel feed hose is even hotter than the manifold for gods sake, literally!!
Could this be one reason the car is running hot? Also any solutions before I end up dropping the tanks and going through all that headache? Do fuel cool tanks actually work??

I dont think it would make your car run hot, but too much heat in the line can cause other symptoms. Eventually the fuel will vapor lock and cause lean running conditions, or even a no-run situation.
For solutions; If you arent having too bad of a temperature problem, you could probably run one of those inline, fuel to air coolers on the return line. But if that doesnt cut it a pump speed controller would probably be the best bet.
<<EDIT>>>
Are you saying that your running the Bosch pump inline and an in-tank pump? Like using the Bosch as a booster?

thanks for the response,
well no the bosch pump has its seperate line from the rear of the tank, it Tee's with the stock line at the rails, and its a kit thats designed to have the big pump only kick in under boost, but I kinda ran into a few problems and ill see what I could do to sort them out!
