Default What plugs for ETP heads

Just did some searching on what plugs to use and my head is spinning. I had NGK 7173's on the car and they fouled out very quickly. I put TR6's in and it fired right up and was idling better then before. The car only had some idle time on it and is initial start up but got me wondering. It seems like I have a few choices
NGK 7317, 7173, 3526
AR 3911, 3934
I read about some aftermarket heads being different and the whole tapered seat, gasket seat, projected, non projected thing has me confused.

So what if I screwed in a set of tapered seat TR-6's? What about projected/non projected?

I'm planning on running 8lbs off the spring and then have a 12 and 18lb setting on the controller. Car is mainly a weekend car with some racing.

If I remember correctly, dont they have to be a 1/4" longer than what is normally used in stock head castins?

I am looking for a 7-heat range plugs for ETP heads with a resistor if possible so it doesn't mess with bcm

So I can't use a BR7EF?
