Wierd noise coming from rear of the car.

Wierd noise coming from rear of the car. It's more of a rattle that only occurs when the car is in Drive and in a complete stop. If I put it in neutral, or start moving, the noise goes away. It's getting really annoying but I can't figure out what it is. It sounds like it's coming from the rear passenger side, but I checked and nothing seems loose, not the spare or anything. I recently changed my rear end oil, but I checked and there are no leaks and everything is tight.
Any ideas?
