what on average to pain shops charge to redo and OEM paintjob in clearcoat metallic?

Are you asking what a factory repaint should cost? it's rather unclear what you actually want to know

factory is two stage base coat-clearcoat, will cost ata reputable shop between 2500 and 5000 and remember you get what you pay for
