This is for an L98. The LT1s will look identical except for the thermostat housing. That model is air gapped and has the Holley fuel rail kit. It's our medium version.
The LT1 HSR is available for B , F , and Y bodies. Each LT1 HSR will come standard with:
Plenum provisioned for a 58mm throttle body
Intake bolt holes re-drilled to LT1 bolt hole patterns
The above mentioned will be standard on all versions and stages.
F-BODIES-
The LT1 HSR for the F-bodies will come in 3 different version. With each version will be 3 stages to choose from (except for the shortest version). The 3 versions are:
SHORT - This is the newly formed style for those that do not want to cut into their steel ‘hump’. Will fit under hump and cowl. About 7 percent of plenum volume will sacrificed. For applications where clearance is less then 8 inches. Comes standard with the air gap.
MEDIUM - This is the advertised height that will fit under the cowl but will require a small cutout of the ‘hump’. For applications where clearance is less then 9 inches.
TALL - The runners will be left stock as they came from Holley. Will not fit under the hump or the cowl. Stage II and III involve plenum floor recess for better porting.
The 3 stages of porting : (Stage II &III porting leaves lower third of runner for head matching)
STAGE I - Runners are left stock, no porting. Good for stock heads.
STAGE II - Runners are ported and polished. Good for aftermarket heads and ported stockers that flow up to 280cfm.
STAGE III - Runners are ported and polished even further. For heads flowing over 280cfm. Best for those with large head/cam combos and boosted applications.

ANSWERS TO SOME COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Will my LT1 fuel rails work with the HSR?
Yes. It will take some modifying. You will need a longer fuel rail crossover from rail to rail and some adapters from there to your fuel lines. The injectors will have to face in the opposite direction of the LT1 and the fuel lines will have to be facing in the other direction as well . If you try to put the fuel rails on the HSR like the LT1, they will make too much contact with the runners and the injectors will not seat properly. If you are handy with modifying, you could save yourself the $360.00. We haven’t had time to come up with anything as of yet.
Is the HSR emissions compliant?
As of now, no. We are not confident that we can insure you emissions passing. The HSR was never meant to be emissions friendly. Therefore, we will sell it for off road use only. If somebody desperately needs us to try and do our best to make it emissions friendly, we will do so. It will not be sold as carb’d approved though.
What are the options for and do I need them to just bolt the LT1 HSR on ?
The LT1 HSR will bolt right on without any of the options. The 2 options that will make life easier for those that aren’t mechanically gifted are the fuel rail kit and the custom throttle cable bracket.
The air gap is not just for appearance. We have noticed that intakes with the air gap were cooler to the touch, both plenum and runners.
The coolant crossover elim. Is for appearance. We chop of the front of the intake to make it look more LT1.
The thermostat housing block off is a aluminum plate that is bolted over the hole.
Where are the provisions for the vacuum line?
They are on the back -right of the plenum. That is the stock position from Holley. We did not make them on the side because there is a difference in plenum thickness on the sides compared to the back.

SHIPPING:
We ship UPS in 1-2 weeks. Although, this will be a different situation. We have generated a great amount of interest and are expecting a vast amount of orders. So it may take 3-4 weeks to ship from the time of order. Reason being ,we make each intake custom for each customer. No one size fits all. That is the key to a better performing intake. For those that have HSR’s to send in, please email me first and let me know. The HSRs will have to be in stock form! No pre-existing cuts or welds!
I want to thank everybody on this forum for all the help you have given us. If it wasn’t for the pictures, measurements, suggestions and opinions, this would have never come to pass.
Thanks again,

The first one is a tad long. It will take you through the progression of the whole thing.
The second is a dyno test we had from our archives from several years ago on a gen I comparing a stock HSR to a single plain.
The reason why we're using the L98 pics is because the LT1s were testers and weren't that clean. We'll get some up shortly.

Why to ban someone who invested hours upon hours and thousands of dollars into producing an intake for us LT1 guys good job!!. I looked through all his posts and nothing he said was ban worthy.

If he didn't pay his vender fees then the post content does not matter. One of the drawbacks(or benefits) of a web forum - personal rights do not apply, the owners can do whatever they want.
