harlan 2 step.... will it build boost
im looking at getting a used harlan two step and since it doesnt have the ability to retard timing, will i still be able to build any boost at the line in a 6 speed?

yea i think he doesnt sell them anymore... im getting it used off here
frost, is yours a rear mount or a front mount... also what rpm does yours start and finish building boost in 4th gear

I also have a Harlan, got it used. It works great with a 6 spd, and gets me about 4-5psi too, normally set at 4500-5000. Even if you don't build much boost, they are spooled up when I release the clutch. There is no lag and boost comes on instantly! Love it! Also nice just because the launch rpm is set, so you can mat it and focus on the tree.
Even though they're not made anymore, there's still LPE and Synergy available to do the same thing and more. I hear that Synergy has a cool transbrake feature for the automatics.

right now i have it set at 3400 and in a couple seconds it made .7 psi according to the eboost
how long is it safe to stay on it?
