Default My 97 is getting an LS1

I posted this in the LT1 section too, but I'm getting an LS1 swapped into my car in a couple months. Using Speartech to modify the LS1 harness for my car. And I'm getting the whole front k-member including the motor, brakes, steering, a-arms. etc etc... so pretty much the whole front end is coming from one car to mine, and a bunch of cleanup.

I'm having a local guy/friend do the work who is hooking me up. Is there general recommendations or feedback you guys can give me? Just looking for pointers and things.

Heres' my donor:

What are they charging these days to convert that LS1 harness to fit the LT1 car?

I'm definitely not tackling re-wiring it myself, I'll let a pro do that so I know it's done right.

I personally have not found info on it, but according to the guy who's doing my work it does. He runs an F-body warehouse pretty much.
