Default Maf tuning question

Got my VE table to within a small amount of error. Turned my MAF back on to dial it in, former SLP MAF now with the resistor removed, and loaded in a stock 02 Z06 MAF table. To my surprise, the maf error % was very little at normal driving and at WOT wasn't off by much at all. Seems to be running good; but my question is: should my MAF curve not be considerably different than a stock Z06's? My VE table is nothing like a stock Z06. This a heads, cam and full bolt-on car; including ported FAST 92/92. Here is the current tune that's in my car. Has one round of tuning of the MAF in this one.
