ok now im ****** PISSED...got a smog ref ticket today OOOOK, well decided to drive my car to work today cuz its so bright an sunny and leaving my neighborhood, i mean RIGHT at the street that enters my neighboorhood thers a motorcycle cop chillin on the corner, not with his radar gun out not doing anything, almost as if he was waiting for ME to leave my neighborhood...well the pudgy lil guy decided to pull me over and and pops my hood, asks me is i have CARB# for my longtubes and why i thought no mufflers was a good option...i explained that i knew axle dumped exhaust was illegal (hoping he'd just write me for mod exh) but he decided to give me the smog ref sticker and told me "go ahead and drive it now, its between u and the state of CA" ..........im convinced this was a direct result of the ****** hater living in my neighborhood...oh **** i cant wait to find out who it is....
i fall into a dilema here tho, my registration is due and i need a smog this month...wonder if theres a void i can fall into and get around it??? keeping my chubby lil fingers crossed.....anyone know what that fine is if i just decide to pay it???????

Well seeing how most of the ref stations are closed..You are lucky..But to smog it..Pay a shop a xx amount of dollars. and they will make sure you pass..

i figure if i can pass smog and show them that im cool but thats just a thoery
i KNOW in my gut its that hater in my neigborhood...whatever this costs me im gonna make sure they incurr similar costs in their life somewhere

You have to get it signed off by a state ref. I bet my camaro that people in your community contacted your local pd to have them wait for you. I had some neighbors by my parents do the same thing to me and my neighbor with a black stang and a bike cop was chilling by the gas station waiting for me and my buddy in the black mustang.

my car hasnt an ice cubes chance in hell of passing a ref check...isnt there a fine i can just opt to pay?

DO you have to have a special order to go to the REF? I was scared that they randomly send you to a REF. Maybe like every 3 or so smog checks. If i understand correctly u have to get a ref sticker or ticket?

I have heard of people just paying the fines and just moving on.....with no issues. Another option would be to sell your car 
and go show the judge a copy of a DMV record of transfer. You can pick the paper work up at any DMV or AAA. Just fill out the transfer to a friend you "sell it to" and whall-ah!!!! You don't have the car anymore so it would be impossible for you to REF it. Case dismissed. Then of course the deal falls through and you retain ownership of the car

you should fake vandalism on your camaro, call the cops, they will look at their paperwork and find that someone has been complaining about your car, hopefully they put two and two together and BAM they are fucked.
