Default Which spark plug wires do I want for my swap

Ok 5.3l using the truck coil packs and valve covers, but its going in a camaro with pacesetters, Im not sure weather I want camaro wires for the car or the 5.3 truck wires? I figured 5.3 wires but I didnt know if the camaro ones were better for headers or something?

Also which plugs do I want to use? The 5.3 is stock with just longtubes and an ls1 intake. No plans for spray or FI. Just TR55's?

the truck wires are longer to accommodate the coils. i went with a 6.0 and truck coils, got the car wires and had to swap them with the truck wires.

I thought the coils in the trucks are installed at the same height above the heads as on LSx cars which would make me think the plug wire length should be the same?

Thanks! This is exactly what I wanted to know!

Just so you guys know the truck coils are mounted almost identical to the car ones, they just sit about an inch or so higher on the covers, ie closer to the intake.

This picture kinda shows what Im talking about.

I read somewhere that I need wires with bendable boots or something because the regular straight boots would hit the primary's on pacesetter headers. Is this true? Ive looked everywhere for something like this and couldn't find anything.

Also what should I gap these plugs at? The motor is internally stock, with an ls1 intake and pacesetters.

get MSD wires for the trucks, and then use TR55 plugs. The MSD Super Conductor wires have a bendable boot, and allows you to tweak the angle the come off the plug so as not to interfere with the primary tubes. For gap I shot for .045-.050. The TR55s usually come at about a .050 gap and I tend to leave them that way, but you can close it up to .045 if you feel that 5 thou is worth the trouble.

Ok, so I gaped them at .050. But am having problems with wires fitting. Does anyone have the correct p/n? Also anyone have pictures of your wires? Maybe a stupid question but I need to see what the boot looks like on both ends.
